To submit your work order, please click here & email us with your Name, Apartment Number & Brief Description of the issue you are having. We will respond to you as quickly as possible.
** If you have one of more of the following issues then it is considered a Maintenance Emergency: No hot water, No a/c above 80 degrees outside, No heat below 40 degrees outside, Total loss of Stove or Refridgerator, Water Leaks, Clogged Toilet in a One Bath Apartment if toilet does not respond to resident plunging, Damaged or broken locks ONLY (Forgotten or lost keys will not be handled by emergency maintenance and will be tenants full responsibility to call a locksmith and pay any fees associated), Total loss of power after contacting Duke Energy and ensuring the loss is NOT due to a billing issue.
